Big Thursday

Pretty slow week around here. Lena was sick on Monday and Tuesday. I think I gave her a virus. It seems part of what I had recently was not only food poisoning but a stomach virus that's been going around. Who knew?

Lena takes the GMAT on Thursday and the UEC has a big day--a government commission is finally going to review some papers that we have been waiting on for almost two years. This meeting, if all goes well, will mean that most of our bureaucratic problems that stem from the renovation of our facility will be over. It's such a byzantine mess I can't even begin to explain what the problem is. We just hope that both happenings turn out well. I'm going to the airport to meet a guy who is bringing a box of English Bibles for us to give away in the fall. Then we are planning to celebrate the end of GMAT season.

The UEC staff has been very busy this week, trying to get lots of little things finished before we close on Friday for our summer holiday. Sergiy has added several articles to www.uecenter.org --visit there if you have a minute.
