After the meeting in Dallas, Lena and I both were a little sick. We spent Thursday resting; it felt like we had jet lag. We actually did try to buy some shoes, but I missed the interstate exit twice and decided to return to the Prills for safety's sake. Friday we decided to return to Athens and thought we finished all the shopping. We buy not only for ourselves but a lot of people, mostly clothes and shoes. Then, we got an email today with a couple of more requests. We had hoped to go to the new aquarium in Atlanta as our one "fun" thing for this trip to the USA, but that didn't happen. Instead, we are going to the Tennessee Aquarium. Fortunately, they opened a major saltwater expansion in April 2005. It's much cheaper than going to Atlanta.

Sergiy Lyakh just wrote. Igor and he made it to LA for Bogdan's wedding. That's Sergiy's first visit to the US.

To tell the truth, I am exhausted, emotionally and physically. It would be good to have a weekend away but I guess we are going to settle for 8 hours away.

Lena had a little shock recently. She had ordered a marketing textbook for her next MBA class and then learned the class was already full!! Fortunately, they created another space. She's been reading that while I have mostly been reading nothing. I guess that's going to have to change soon.
