Saturday Notes

Today it was cold. Fall seems to have been forgotten already and we are getting ready for winter. The hot water and the heat are still on, thankfully. Tonight we had dinner guests, Oleg and Oksana. Oleg is in Kyiv for a weekend visit from Uzhgorod. He is making plans to return to Kyiv as soon as he can find a new job. We had a great time discussing life, church, work, the future, relationships. We also watched some American TV shows our friends Ken and Victoria send us. It was great to have some comic relief after a long week.

Lena keeps pounding away at her ethics class, and I have gotten back into my leadership class.

And for anyone that may know him, Bogdan Andriychenko is engaged! We hope to meet his fiance in November as they come to Kyiv for a week.
