First Snow

Saturday night we received the first snow of the season, at least the first snow that didn't melt instantly. Lena spent much of the day working on her major paper for her ethics class, and I spent some time developing a survey for my church planting class. We also had a meeting at the UEC where we discussed some church plans for next semester. It went for about 3 hours. It turned out that not everyone could come and some apparently didn't know about. Hope no one was offended. We then watched a weird movie with Robin Williams, Final Cut.

Friday, thanks to the hard work of the UEC staff, we completed and mailed the 13th UEC newsletter. It seems no matter how hard we try, there's always something that goes wrong. This time, Sergiy had to go back to the printer because several random question marks appeared on one page and we only noticed it when it got back to the UEC. We also tried to send out an e-newsletter for ourselves but we aren't sure if it could be read. We could read but we aren't sure if anyone else got it.

I have also gotten back to the Chronicles of Narnia and am working through Prince Caspian.
Someday I am going to have to get back to some more serious fiction but for now, it's a relief and a joy to read the chronicles.
