Revised Conclusions

Remember the Discovery Channel pseudo-documentary on the lost tomb of Jesus? Well, the Jerusalem Post is reporting that many of the scholars quoted in the film are now backtracking or changing their stories and no longer (or never did) support the claim of the filmmaker, that Jesus's family tomb had been discovered. While this move doesn't surprise me, what I am interested in is whether or not this story will make it to the headlines of the major news organizations like the sensational claim of the filmmaker did? Will it make it to the BBC, CNN, ABC, NBC, FOX headlines? Will the Discovery Channel do a follow up?

The president of Ukraine is now giving a press conference. All the TV channels that cover news are showing the press conference live except one, the channel based in east Ukraine controlled by supporters of the prime minister. They are reporting other news. As Lena said, "Oh they will report the president's news conference. They will just re-tell it in their own words." Why would we want the people of Donbass to be bothered with hearing what exactly the president thinks? Isn't it much better to reinterpret it for them? That way, they don't have to think as much and won't have to debate whom to vote for in early elections. But as we all know, Donbass region is so patriotic that there, even the dead have been known to cast votes!
