Up, Up, and Away

Kyiv prices for electricity, water, and heating will increase by 350% on December 1.

The majority that has formed a coalition in the Kyiv city council is trying to call for new elections of the mayor since he is the one who has pushed these price increases. The problem is that the prices haven't gone up in several years so now they introduce this massive leap which of course upsets everyone. Maybe someday they will figure out that prices need to go up a little every year to keep up with inflation.
