We've been doing about the same stuff. Had our Movie Night Friday night and finally finished the UEC newsletter. Not exactly finished. Of course, there was a problem trying to print one of the pages and of course we ran out of small response envelopes and now apparently there are no envelopes anywhere that we can find that will fit inside a regular envelope. Guess we will mail it without it.

Lyuda and Anna and maybe some others wanted to have a Day of Thanksgiving at church this Sunday. They met on Saturday to cook a lot of food and then asked others to bring food. With Oleg, Saturday night we made several loaves of pumpkin bread and some cranberry bread. After the delicious cranberry chutney from Thanksgiving, I am trying to figure out what else I can do with cranberries. I love 'em!! We had a great church service and a good time of eating and fellowship. We had several visitors.

Mostly Lena has worked on her MBA classes and I have tried not to bother her. I usually fail but at least I try. Made some banana bread because I found some rotting bananas in the refrigerator.

Kyiv has a trash problem. Everyday we walk by several different dumpsters and they seem always overflowing even though they pick up the garbage every night. The city just installed some more (I'm pictured with them) and they haven't seemed to relieve the problem. It just seems there is always litter and piles of garbage. What to do? What to do?
